Contracting & Finishing Services Platform
A platform connecting a customer with a finishing and contracting company. The customer submits a fully specified finishing request; the administration then reviews it, issues a quotation, tracks execution on site, and settles payment, whether in full or by instalment.
E-Commerce
Todo Kids Wear
A complete retail platform for children's clothing, made up of a customer storefront, an administrative back office, and a delivery interface. The storefront carries the customer from catalogue to confirmed order; the back office covers products, revenue, and order state; the delivery interface carries the assignment out to the rider.

Accountwiro
A bilingual management system for a trading business, covering sales, invoicing, treasury accounts, customer ledgers, and user permissions. It is built for the phone first because it is operated from the shop floor during trading hours rather than from a desk.

Production Manager
An internal system for tracking garment production across a workshop floor. It records a cutting order from issue through to delivery, logs daily output at every stage of the line, and gives the floor a channel for reporting stoppages as they happen.
EdTech & AI
Smart Study Platform
A study platform for Egyptian students from the primary through the secondary stage, assisted by AI. Softwiro built the platform and operates it at no charge; it is not client work. The system converts a student's own textbook into practice material and adjusts what it presents as results accumulate.

Smart Student Performance Platform
An education platform for tracking the academic and behavioural performance of students, connecting teachers, school administration, and parents in a single system. AI analysis of a student's record produces reports intended to inform a teaching decision rather than to replace it.

Shipping & Delivery Management Platform
A shipping and delivery platform connecting merchants, couriers, and administration in one system. An order is created and priced by zone, assigned to a courier, and tracked through to delivery or return, with collections reconciled per merchant.

EdTech & AI
HIS Exams — Marking and Analysis
A system that takes an exam from authoring through to analysis. Scanned answer sheets are read by OCR, including handwriting, and marked against the answer key. The results are then reported twice: statistically, through the standard item indices, and in prose, through an AI reading of where a cohort is weak.

MyClinic — Care, Pharmacy and Supply
A health platform that joins three parties usually served by separate systems: the patient booking care, the pharmacy holding stock, and the supplier restocking it. A consultation produces an electronic prescription, and that prescription is what the pharmacy dispenses against and the supplier's catalogue answers to.

ProfAcc — Manufacturing Accounts
A cloud accounting system for manufacturing companies, kept on proper double-entry rather than a ledger of totals. Entries post and periods close; sales invoices carry VAT; inventory balances move with the entries that caused them. A company is provisioned from a Google account in about a minute, and each company's data is isolated behind its own link.

ProTrack — Production Against Cost
A production tracking system that keeps the stages of a job tied to what the job costs and to the contract it belongs to. Expected and actual profit are computed as the work proceeds, along with the break-even point, so an overrun is visible while it can still be acted on rather than at settlement.

A Multi-Vendor Marketplace
A marketplace where independent sellers list alongside one another rather than a single merchant's storefront. A seller joins, is given a console for their own range and orders, and sells through the same catalogue, cart, and payment path as everyone else on the platform.

Accounting & AI
MyAccBot — Accounts Inside Telegram
An accounting system that runs entirely inside Telegram, on the reasoning that a small trader will not open a console but will send a message. A photographed receipt, a typed line, or a voice note is converted into an accounting entry; the month closes into a PDF report and an Excel export.
